What is Spinal Flow?

Founded by Dr Carli Axford the Spinal Flow Technique adheres to the principals that the body has a profound intelligence to heal. Just as autonomic responses occur within the body, our heart beating, breath moving and blood flowing so too healing occurs every second of every day. Our bodies are always adapting to heal.

This is what we call Innate intelligence. Spinal Flow helps remove stress (physical, chemical and emotional) from the nervous system.

We do this through assessing the 7 gateways of the spine for blockages these blockages are caused by stress in our lives and have the potential to manifest into symptoms, pain or disease.

Beginnings

This journey you are about to take will not be everything you want, but it will be everything you need. You are going to learn so much about yourself and who you are inside. You will grow in ways you never thought possible and strengthen muscles you never knew you had. You will find peace within your own skin and discover magic in the world all around you. You will meet people who are kindred spirits and you will meet people who are simply not meant for your story. You're going to be so great.
